Unit Owner Responsibilities

decks, or plantings (shrubs,
trees, decorative gardens).
Plantings must be at least
minimally maintained in the
spring and in the fall, more
often if required.

Repairs or replacement of
rear porch screens, garage
door openers, rails, springs
and guide wires

Maintenance of balconies and
rear porch area-including
balcony floor and porch
surface

Repair and replacement of
window grills/inserts, and
window cranks

Skylights in any location(s)
other than the living room
of Garden style units.
