There
are three (3) basic styles
available at Windpath
• Garden
Unit
• Town House
• Split Level
The Unit
Owner owns the interior of their
unit and collectively all owners
share ownership of the exterior
of the unit and common areas.
Owners can decorate and make
non-structural changes to fit
their needs within their unit,
but some interior changes may
require a building permit from
the town or permission from the
Board. Any modification to the
exterior of the unit or any
common area (this includes
plantings, construction, or
addition, alteration or
improvement of any kind) must be
submitted to the Board of
Managers for approval prior to
proceeding, as the exteriors of
the Units are governed by the
Condominium By-Laws and the
Board of Managers. Since each
unit owner has a vested interest
in the entire property, this
governance ensures a consistent
look throughout the community.
Each unit consists of the living
space with at least one attached
garage and a minimum of one
parking space in the driveway.
For the safety of our residents
and visitors, parking along the
narrow roads in Windpath is not
encouraged. There are specific
detailed parking rules.
Therefore, Unit Owners are
required to make use of their
assigned available parking
spaces before parking along the
road. Any road parking is
limited to temporary daytime use
on an occasional basis. Any
overnight road parking is
limited to designated overflow
parking sections.
