Some Items you need to be aware of that are specific to Windpath:

Unit Owners are responsible for obtaining Condominium Owners Insurance to cover the internal components that are not covered by the Association Master Insurance Policy. Contact your Insurance Agent for more information.

For the safety of all our Unit Owners, Windpath has a Pet Policy that requires PRIOR Board approval before a potential owner purchases a Unit, or an existing Owner acquires or replaces a pet.

• One small pet per unit weighing less than 30 pounds at maturity.

• Annually, Unit Owners must submit proof of registration of the pet with the Town of West Springfield along with current vaccination records. Documentation must be provided indicating this has been completed.

• Unit Owners must agree to comply with leash/walking areas as designated and properly and promptly dispose of pet waste from all common areas.

Unit Owners and guests are not allowed on Springfield Country Club property as this is private property.
